1. Right of Withdrawal
   In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reasons or incur penalties, except for the return shipping costs.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns
   The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
   Makeup, Perfume, and Cosmetics: For hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept returns of makeup or perfume products if they have been unsealed after delivery (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).

3. Return Procedure
   To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form, indicating your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for the return.

4. Return Shipping Costs
   Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or non-compliant product).

5. Refund
   Once the product is returned and verified, we will proceed with the refund via the payment method used at the time of the order, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return. The refund may be delayed until the products are received.

6. Defective Products or Order Errors
   In the event of a defective product or an error on our part in preparing your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will organize a return at our expense, and an exchange or refund will be offered.

7. Exclusions
   Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Makeup and perfume products if the packaging has been unsealed.
• Products on promotion or sale, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
