Prices

The prices listed on the site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs will be charged in addition and will appear at the time of the final validation of the order.
Prices may be subject to change. Products ordered will be billed at the price in effect at the time of order validation.

Orders and Billing

The user can freely browse the site and view the various products offered for sale by the Stendhal Boutique, an authorized distributor of Stendhal SAS.
After registering on the site and validating their registration, placing an order follows a procedure executed online through a series of pages that indicate the different phases to follow for order validation:

• Validating the order
• Providing billing and delivery addresses
• Reviewing the order and assigning an order number

Payment for the order is made exclusively by credit card (CB-Visa / Eurocard / Mastercard).

Delivery / Receipt of Products

Our sales and product prices are understood to be shipped from Pacy-sur-Eure (27120), France.
Products are delivered to the delivery address provided during the order validation by the buyer. They will be shipped within an average of five working days.

The company declines all responsibility in the event of extended delivery times caused by the carrier, product loss, or strike action.
Upon receipt of their order, the buyer must verify the conformity of the products received. Any anomalies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by email at contact@stendhal-paris.com, including the order number and the bank transaction number.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the items to withdraw, provided that the item is returned in its original, intact packaging, accompanied by the required form, to the Stendhal Boutique warehouse at the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product. The company will refund the products within 30 days, excluding shipping costs.

Legal Guarantees

In accordance with current legislation, products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
In the event of non-conformity or hidden defects, the buyer has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to act and request an exchange, repair, or refund.

Liability

Stendhal Paris SAS cannot be held liable for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations if this failure results from a force majeure event or fault attributable to the consumer. In any case, Stendhal Paris SAS's liability will be limited to the amount of the order at the origin of the damage.
