We currently deliver to mainland France and certain countries within the European Union.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, you will receive a notification via email with tracking information, if available.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high demand (sales, holidays, etc.) or in case of exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

3. Delivery Times

  • Mainland France: 1 to 3 business days.
  • European Union: 3 to 10 business days.

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carriers and external circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary depending on the total amount of your order and your location:

  • Mainland France:
    • Orders under €80: €9 shipping fee.
    • Orders over €80: Free shipping.
  • European Union: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

5. Carriers

We work with reliable carriers such as Chronopost and Colissimo to ensure delivery under the best conditions. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

7. Delays or Lost Packages

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us via our contact form. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the event of a confirmed loss, a refund or replacement of the order will be offered based on your preference.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. In case of an error, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional fees may be applied for reshipping.

9. Customs and International Taxes

For orders shipped to the European Union or other countries outside of France, additional customs fees or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
